Join us as we celebrate another twelve months of achievements, reflect on the year and look forward to a new year full of BBG activities.
The general meeting is a members-only gathering and is free to attend for all members.
The always popular AGM lunch is open to members, non-members and guests. The price for members is a nominal AED 105 and for non-members and guests AED420 including house grape/hop.
If you believe any of your friends, clients or connections would benefit from being a BBG member, this is definitely the event to bring them to as it will give them a chance to get to know us as well as hear from our Chair and Her Majesty’s Government representative in Dubai.
We are expecting 100-150 professionals from all over the country at what is always the networking event of the year.
Member registration for the AGM will start at 12.30pm while the general meeting will start at 1.15pm. Non-members and guest registration will start at 1.30pm. Lunch will start at 2pm.
The agenda for the AGM is as follows:
1. Presentation of the report of the BBG Committee
2. Presentation of the report of the Honorary Auditor and the Financial Statements for the financial year ending 31 March 2018 announced (Audited Financial will be posted on the website on Sunday 22 April)
3. Confirmation of the BBG Honorary Auditor for the coming year
4. Confirmation of the BBG Committee for the coming year
To ensure your place at the AGM Luncheon is confirmed, please register on or before 16 May. For members who wish to attend the Annual General Meeting only, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that, exceptionally, members who have not registered and paid for the luncheon by 16 May will not be able to attend.
For those who wish to remain at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel after lunch, Cu-ba will extend its happy hour offers from 3.30 pm. All you have to do is show Cu-ba staff your BBG Member ID or the name badge we give you on the day.
